Who We Are

Since 2014, Eau Gallie Consulting founder Gillian Dionne (CP APMP, CKM) has provided proposal and business development exclusively focused on small businesses seeking federal, state, and local government contracts for 8(a), minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned set-asides and full and open solicitations.

Her background in proposal and knowledge management support dates to 1995, and she most recently served as a director of proposals at General Dynamics IT for nearly 18 years. In addition to managing a team of proposal managers and developing the task order proposal process used at Anteon/ GDIT, her skills includes technical writing, corporate communications, and IT enterprise application management.

Gillian served on the board of directors for APMP (the association of record for proposal management professionals), serves on the APMP Southern Proposal Accents (SPAC) conference committee, served as a proposal certification mentor for several years, and has presented at national, international, and regional APMP conferences since 2001.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
